"Courageous care partners recharge with self-care, striving for peaceful pinnacles
in patience, persistence, and positive
changes, knowing when to conquer and when to comfort."

The Bullet Journal Method: Track the Past, Order the Present, Design the Future, October 23, 2018, was introduced to us by author Ryder Carroll diagnosed with a learning disability whose desire was to create an organizational system leading to mindfulness, a true sense of calm consisting of four main sections: The Index, The Future Log, The Monthly Log, and the Daily Log.

The system is carefully explained in his book and on numerous sites online but, from my perspective, the essence of the system is to enhance our personal self-care.

Life Lesson: “There is nothing so useless as doing efficiently that which should not be done at all,” advised Peter Drucker (1909-2005) who is considered the “father of modern management.”

P.S. There are apps for this so if you prefer that approach, go for it.
