Reminders – we all need them. There are so many ways to reduce stress. Experiment and find one that works for you. Deep breathing, listening to music, taking a walk, drinking hot herbal tea, reading a book, doing yoga, talking to a friend, hiking in the woods, and for me, knitting. Try something new today.
