Oh boy, this sounds like a upbeat blog, but it is! My mother always said she wanted to die healthy, but I think she meant she wanted to die well. My family and father were with her when she died; Dad loved Mom dearly and I believe her last wish was granted.

            If only someone had warned us may be a red flag—this book is proactive, realistic, supportive and gives us agency as we continue our life journey. It addresses the what ifs - all important concerns through the journey.

We are not trying to put Humpty Dumpty back together again; we are switching from a curative approach to a comfort care only approach.
